1. Booking & Reservation
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
- Advance payment is required to confirm your booking
- Advance payments can be made via bKash to: 01777567374
- Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or phone call
- Please provide accurate information when booking
2. Rental Packages
Standard Package Includes:
- Professional driver
- Fuel (up to 100km for daily rentals)
- Air conditioning
- Maximum 10 hours of usage per day
- Toll bills
- Parking bills
Additional Charges Apply For:
- Extra kilometers beyond package limit
- Extra hours beyond 10 hours
- Overnight stays (driver accommodation)
- Inter-district travel outside package

4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund of advance payment
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund
- No-show without notice: No refund
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- No smoking is allowed in any of our vehicles
- No consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times
- Any damage caused by passengers will be charged
- Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
- Do not carry illegal items or contraband
6. Driver Information
- All our drivers are professionally trained and licensed
- Drivers have extensive knowledge of local routes
- Driver accommodations and meals are customer's responsibility for overnight trips
- Drivers are not responsible for passenger belongings
7. Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
- All vehicles are insured for passenger safety
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
- Maximum liability is limited to the rental amount paid
